4. Data Processing and Storage

Temporary Processing

  • Video Files: Your video files are temporarily downloaded for processing and automatically deleted after highlight generation
  • Transcripts: Audio transcripts are generated for analysis and deleted after processing
  • AI Analysis: Video content is analyzed by AI systems to identify highlights, then immediately discarded

What We Don't Store

  • We do not permanently store your video files on our servers
  • We do not retain audio transcripts or meeting content
  • Generated highlight reels are uploaded directly to your Google Drive, not stored by us

What We Store

  • Google OAuth tokens to maintain service connectivity
  • Processing logs for completed files to avoid duplicate processing
  • System metadata for service operation and improvement

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third-party services that help operate our platform (Google Cloud, Resend for emails)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process

6. Google API Services

Our Service integrates with Google APIs to access your Google Drive and Gmail. Our use of Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Write access to create highlight folders in your Google Drive
